However, if the only positions you can locate are through other shops, make sure they accept non-W2 arrangements which will allow you to take advantage of Synesis referrals that you can make directly to the target company.

We don't reduce your rate in order to buy benefits that you may not need!

Yes. If you are legally eligible for per diem, we will work it into the pay plan. See our web pages explaining some of the requirements. Specifically, we require an additional 7.65% over the standard markup to protect us from future IRS audits of your personal returns. If you were not eligible, we become liable for FICA taxes and penalties on the per diem amounts that you were paid.
